Wymondham Neighbourhood Plan
In March 2020 Wymondham Town Council submitted a Neighbourhood Area application for the purpose of developing a Neighbourhood Plan. The designated area is the whole civil parish and, in accordance with Regulation 5A of the 'Town and Country Planning, England - Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012' South Norfolk Council has confirmed the designation. The town council is the relevant body for preparing the Neighbourhood Development Plan.
The Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documentation has been submitted by Wymondham Town Council to South Norfolk Council. The submitted documents have been checked by the local planning authority against the relevant criteria in Schedule 4B of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 and have now been approved for publication.
In accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations, 2012 (as amended), South Norfolk Council is now consulting on the submitted Neighbourhood Plan. The consultation period runs from Wednesday 9th November until 5:00pm on Wednesday 21st December 2022.
Comments (preferably using the Response Form available in the documents section, below) should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, they can be posted to: Place Shaping Team, South Norfolk Council, c/o Thorpe Lodge, 1 Yarmouth Road, Thorpe St. Andrew, Norwich, NR7 0DU
All responses must be received before the consultation deadline. They cannot be treated as confidential and, with the exception of personal details, will also be published as part of a summary document on this webpage at the end of this consultation period. As part of your response, you can also state if you wish to be notified if and when the Neighbourhood Plan is formally adopted by South Norfolk Council at a later stage.
