You can pay for a wide variety of services via our secure online payment facility. Before making payment please make sure you're using the correct local authority page, and that you have your relevant reference number to hand.

If you want a receipt for this payment we'll also ask you to provide an email address.

Our invoice numbers have changed - and are now 10 digit numbers starting with a 2.

If you have a garden waste invoice that starts with a '6' or a '7' - please add '2005' to the front of it when making a payment online (for example invoice number 625114 would become 2005625114).

If you have any other invoice that starts with a '6' or a '7' - please add '2001' to the front of it when making a payment online (for example invoice number 752141 would become 2001752141).

Broadland District Council are serious about guarding the security of your personal data and the details of any transactions you make, and use encryption to safeguard your data. Broadland District Council does not hold any credit or debit card information that you enter on our secure online payments system. This service uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) v1.2 technology, a standard supported by major internet browsers. All of your personal and payment card details are protected using strong encryption when transmitted over the internet.

South Norfolk Council uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a standard supported by most major Internet browsers. All your personal details and card details are protected using 128 bit encryption, when transmitted over the Internet. Your card details are stored on a server behind a secure firewall.
