South Norfolk bin collections

Due to the warm weather forecast, our bin crews will start collections earlier across South Norfolk this week. Collections will begin from 6am (instead of the usual 6:30am) on your usual collection day. This change will apply for the rest of the week.

Homelessness

If you're homeless or worried about losing your home, please contact us on 0808 168 2222.

We'll work with you to help you avoid becoming homeless. This could be assisting you to remain in your current home or, where this is not possible, discussing all housing options available to you.

If we're unable to help you stay in your home, we will check if you’re eligible for homelessness assistance.
