Garden waste renewal FAQs

Broadland Council - On the 24 February all eBilling residents will recieve their garden waste renewal invoice. If you can’t see an email from us, please check your junk mail. Postal invoices will arrive 7 to 13 March your renewal invoice will arrive on your doostep. If you haven’t received your invoice by 18 March please contact us.
South Norfolk Council - From 18 to 19 February all eBilling residents will receive their garden waste renewal invoice. If you can’t see an email from us, please check your junk mail. Postal invoices will arrive 4 to 7 March. If you haven't received your invoice by 11 March. Please contact us.
How do I pay my invoice

I want to set up for Direct Debit
You can set up your garden waste account to be paid by a once yearly Direct Debit.
Please be aware that if you cancel your Direct Debit this won't cancel your service. If you wish to cancel the service you will need to fill in the form below.

We are currently running a garden waste eBilling promotion when you sign up to have your bills emailed in the future. Broadland District Council and South Norfolk Council will each select 10 Garden Waste eBilling customers (including existing eBilling customers) to receive the service free of charge for the 2025/26 subscription year. The promotion will close on 30 April 2025 and winners will be drawn and notified in May 2025. Each of the winning account holders will receive a free garden waste collection subscription for the 2025/26 subscription year.

If you have moved in the last year but have received an invoice for the brown bins at your old property, please fill out the change of address form and select moved out of district using the box below.

Garden waste change of addressI have received a garden waste letter not in my name
If you have received a letter for garden waste renewal not in your name, you will need to create a new account in your name. We cannot transfer the accounts into other residents name.

If you have multiple bins, but no longer require all of them, please let us know using the form below. Please fill out all the information to ensure we can complete the request.

If you would like more bins, all you need to do is order a new bin, on the form click that your an existing customer and you don't have a bin at the property. When asked how many you want state how many additional bins you require.
