Sign up to receive your Council Tax, Business Rates or garden waste bill by email to make accessing your bills quick and easy. Plus, going paperless is good for the environment.
If you have already signed up for eBilling for one of these services and your email address has changed, please sign up again with your new email address and we will update our records.
Garden waste
We are currently running a garden waste eBilling promotion when you sign up to have your bills emailed in the future. Broadland District Council and South Norfolk Council will each select 10 garden waste eBilling customers (including existing eBilling customers) to receive the service free of charge for the 2025/26 subscription year. The promotion will close on 30 April 2025 and winners will be drawn and notified in May 2025.
Before you get started, you'll need your garden waste account number and invoice number which can be found on your latest bill.
