Surrender notice
If you wish to surrender your premises licence or club premises certificate, you must give notice to us of your intention to do so. Annual fees are still applicable in full regardless of when a surrender notice for the licence or certificate has been received.
Your existing premises licence will be required as an attachment.
The licensing team will notify the statutory consultees of the surrender on your behalf.
