- You will enjoy our generous annual leave offer, an entitlement of 25 days leave per year, plus 8 additional public holidays. Increasing to 28 days plus the public holidays after five years of service. We also allow for the purchase of additional annual leave.
- It is important to us that our people feel happy, healthy and engaged at work. Our wellbeing offer for staff focuses on what you need to feel happy and healthy at work and at home, this includes access to an Employee Assistance Programme, a wellbeing support application, Occupational health support, a team of on-site Mental Health First Aiders and live training and webinars throughout the year.

Broadland District and South Norfolk Councils are committed to ensuring our staff are paid fairly for their work for the One Team. As of 1 April 2022 all the Councils' staff are paid in line with the National Real Living Wage. This matching of the real living wage is not only the right thing to do for employees of the One Team it demonstrates the Councils long term investment in their staff, based on the organisational values and aspirations of being an employer of choice.

The Councils staff are able to receive a corporate discount at the Norwich Theatre Royal on ticket bookings to all productions as well as discounts on food and drink at Norwich Theatre Royal restaurant and The Playhouse Theatre Restaurant.
