Big Broadland Litter Pick

Broadland Council’s Big Litter Pick 2025 is running from 1 March to 31 May 2025. We are asking local schools, parish councils and community groups to help us keep the district looking tidy.

In 2024, over 500 volunteers took part and collected more than 320 sacks of litter in our local communities.

Broadland District Council’s Cabinet Member for Environmental Excellence, Cllr Jan Davies, said:

This year we’d love as many groups as possible to join in and give the district a spring clean. We live in such a beautiful part of the world and with your help, we will keep it that way.”

The Council will provide posters to help publicise community litter picks and will also provide advice and equipment. When the event is finished, we will arrange to collect the litter if required.

There are twenty £200 prizes (T&Cs apply, please see below) up for grabs across Broadland and every group that takes part will be given a £20 voucher to spend on their group, charity or local community.
