Say hello to the new Broadland app
We’ve made it easier than ever to manage your waste and recycling! Our brand-new app replaces the old bin collections app and comes packed with handy new features. As well as reminders of your upcoming bin collections and full details of what you can and can’t recycle, the new app allows you to:
- Report missed bins
- Report fly-tipping
- Book a bulky waste collection
- Stay informed about any collection changes or disruptions through push notifications
Download the new app today and make sure you never miss another bin collection.
Search 'Broadland District Council' in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or download from the links below.
How to switch
- Delete the old Broadland Bin Collections app from your phone.
- Download the Broadland District Council app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the new app and register with your address/postcode.
- Check your reminders and settings (you can set preferences).
