This project is for the dualling of A47 (for the complete description of the project, please see the Secretary of State’s (SoS) decision letter below) by National Highways.
The project is with Broadland District Council and South Norfolk Council.
The Local Planning Authority are not responsible for the Discharge of Requirements (conditions) attached to the Development Consent Order; these are being dealt with by the SoS.
Status: Judicial Review to the High Court and Court of Appeal were both dismissed.
