South Norfolk bin collections

Due to the warm weather this week, our bin crews will start collections earlier, from 6am (instead of the usual 6.30am), on your usual collection day from tomorrow (Tuesday 23 June). This will apply all week.

Change of name and/or address

You must notify us in writing within 7 days if you change your name and/or address so we can update our records.

Please advise by email with an image of a document displaying your new name and/or address such as:

  • utility bill
  • DVLA licence
  • marriage certificate
