Yes. The van has the facility for you to slide in additional signage on both display wings and the awning with your own branding, transforming the van into your own outreach or exhibition stand. These additional panels would need to be designed and purchased separately by the hirer.

As a community asset for residents of South Norfolk and Broadland, the van hire starts from around £35 per day for community groups in South Norfolk and Broadland.
Other public/voluntary organisations outside of these districts will incur an additional daily hire charge of £100 per day.
Commercial hire is charged at £300 per day.

Yes - if you hold a Category B driving licence, we’ll provide a short 1:1 induction and support from the Community Engagement Van Coordinator for your first session.
Prefer us to drive? That can be arranged for an additional fee.
Two staff are required to set up and pack down the Community Engagement Van. Your nominated driver and assistant will receive full induction training.
A coordinator will accompany you for your first session to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The van runs on Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) which reduces its carbon footprint by up to 90%. The electrics on board are solar powered, with a leisure battery that lasts up to two days when fully charged, even without sunshine!
Mains power hook-up is also available if needed.
