Damp and mould
The most common concerns raised by tenants are around damp and mould in their rented property. If you are a tenant, your landlord may be able to improve the situation if you have a mould or damp problem in your home. You should first contact them to discuss the problem and make them aware of how it's affecting you.
Your landlord might find a solution such as providing a de-humidifier, installing improved ventilation or improving the insulation of your home.
