Course details

Many food businesses have already asked for help in complying with the Food Safety requirements regarding allergens. Broadland Food Safety Team will be providing training on how to manage allergens in your kitchen and ensure you give your customers the right information.

Important for all food handlers and food business operators including caterers, takeaways and bakeries.


Duration of course is from 9:45am to 1:45pm.


No equipment is necessary for you to bring to the course. Pens and note paper will be available.


There will be hot and cold drink refreshements.
