If you cannot afford to make the payments on your current instalment plan or the plan has been removed because you have received a Cancellation Notice or a Summons to appear at the Magistrates Court.
We will be happy to consider a new plan.
Whilst we cannot guarantee that your offer will be accepted, we will take into account all the information that you provide before making our decision and will aim to respond to your proposal within 10 working days.
