Health and Wellbeing Partnerships
The Health and Wellbeing Partnerships unite local government, health and care services, voluntary and community organisations, social care providers, education and the Police. We champion prevention and tackle the wider determinants of health—such as housing, employment and social connection—to reduce inequalities and improve lives.
As part of the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care System (ICS), we coordinate services across sectors to help everyone live longer, healthier and happier lives.
Our Vision and Mission
Our vision is that every person in Broadland and South Norfolk will have equal opportunities to live healthier, happier lives. Our mission is to work together to improve the health and wellbeing of communities of Broadland and South Norfolk.
Our Priority Areas
We deliver targeted programmes aligned to three strategic priorities:
- Access and prevention – Enabling early access to the right support
