Local recycling centres (tips)

Here you can find the location of Norfolk County Council’s household waste recycling centres (the 'tip') for larger household items. We cannot provide information on these centres so if you need more information, please click on the link above.

Other ways to reduce waste and recycle more

Ideas to reduce waste include:

  • attend a recycling event
  • local supermarkets and larger shops will often provide points to recycle items such as: light bulbs, plastic bags, ink cartridges and batteries

Mini recycling centres (clothes and bottle banks)

You can recycle more materials at our local recycling centres. These are located throughout Broadland and South Norfolk and provide recycling for the following materials:

  • clothing, textiles and shoes
  • glass bottles and jars
  • paper and card
  • books
  • CDs

In Broadland, textiles are collected at the following locations:
