We’ve made it easier than ever to manage your waste and recycling! Our brand-new app replaces the old bin collections app and comes packed with handy new features. As well as reminders of your upcoming bin collections and full details of what you can and can’t recycle, the new app allows you to:
- Report missed bins
- Report fly-tipping
- Book a bulky waste collection
- Stay informed about any collection changes or disruptions through push notifications

How to switch
- Delete the old bin South Norfolk Bin Collection app from your phone
- Download the South Norfolk Council app from the App Store or Google Play
- Open the new app and register with your address/postcode
- Check your reminders and settings (you can set preferences)
