Statement of Community Involvement for South Norfolk

The Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) outlines how we engage and consult with South Norfolk’s communities and other stakeholders on planning issues. This includes consultations relating to the documents that make up the Local Plan and consultations dealing with planning applications. We must comply with the SCI in preparing any Local Plan document or when determining a planning application. The SCI also details how the council expects developers with significant development proposals to engage with communities prior to an application being made.
