South Norfolk: Raising the flag for Britain’s Armed Forces

South Norfolk Council staff and Members will be showing their support for our Armed Forces from 22-27 June during Armed Forces week.
The Armed Forces Day flag will be flying high throughout the week at South Norfolk House, Long Stratton and messages of support, including a video from MD Trevor Holden will be posted on the council’s social media pages.
Mr Holden, who served as a Wing Commander in the Royal Air Force, said:
“Armed Forces Week is a fantastic way to show our support to all the men and women who are currently serving in our British Forces, the service families, veterans and cadets.”
Hundreds of other local authorities, schools, ex-service organisations and individuals will also be raising flags in support. Find out more about Armed Forces Week or search #saluteourforces
