Last chance to nominate your business for an award

Winners from the 2024 Business Awards

Businesses have just over one week left to nominate themselves in Broadland and South Norfolk Councils’ 2025 Business Awards.

Nominations for the awards, sponsored by local law firm Birketts LLP, close on 13 December.

South Norfolk Council’s Cabinet Member for Stronger, Greener Economy, Cllr Lisa Overton-Neal, said:

Don’t miss your chance to be involved in our fantastic awards that celebrate our wonderful local businesses and their amazing achievements.”

Winners of the awards benefit from ongoing publicity on the Councils' social media channels, website and magazine.

Broadland District Council’s Cabinet Member, Cllr Martin Booth, said:

The awards are a great opportunity to raise the profile of your business. If you haven’t put yourself forward yet, now’s the time to do so!”

Businesses based in the two districts are invited to nominate themselves in any of the ten categories to be in with a chance of winning a prestigious award.

They are: Business Growth; Business Innovation; Employer of the Year; Environmental Impact; Excellence in Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering; Excellence in Insurance, Financial and Professional Services; Food and Drink Producer of the Year; New Business; Small Business of the Year and Tourism Business of the Year.

Residents are also invited to vote for their favourite Retailer of the Year and Pub of the Year. By voting, they will automatically be entered into a prize draw and have a chance of winning £100 of shopping and pub vouchers. There will be four lucky winners, two from each district.

The awards ceremony will take place at Norwich City Football Club on 19 March 2025.

Nominate your business or vote for your favourite retailer and pub today.
