Council takes business support on the road

Broadland District Council is holding a ‘drop in and find out’ business event this September.
The Council is inviting local businesses to drop in and find out what help and support is available to businesses that want to expand.
Cabinet member, Councillor Martin Booth said:
“Investing in and supporting new and existing businesses is part of the Council’s strategy to generate economic growth in our district. It’s vitally important that businesses know what help is available to them and our drop-in sessions will make it easier for people to find out how we can help them.”
Business Builder is the Council’s growth programme designed to support businesses planning to invest in their business growth with grants of up to £25,000 available for capital projects. The Council is also offering free online Foundation training.
Broadland District Council’s Bus for Business, a mobile office, which will be in Shepherds Business Park, Lenwade, NR9 5SG on the 4 September 1 - 4 pm, with a team ready to help local businesses.
