Council business outreach event is great success
Broadland District Council is hailing their business outreach event a great success after 17 businesses visited its Bus for Business in Lenwade last week.
The Council invited local businesses to drop in and find out what help and support is available to businesses that want to expand.
Cabinet member, Councillor Martin Booth said:
“It was really good to see so much interest in our Bus for Business. Supporting new and existing businesses is part of the Council’s strategy to generate economic growth in our district and it’s really important that businesses know what help is available to them.”
Business Builder is the Council’s growth programme designed to support businesses planning to invest in their business growth with grants of up to £25,000 available for capital projects. The Council is also offering free online Foundation training.
