Licensing Act 2003

Licensing authorities are required by the Licensing Act 2003 to publish a statement of the principles which they propose to apply when exercising their functions. This statement must be reviewed and published at least every 5 years.

A full copy of the statement is attached below which came into effect on 7 January 2021.
