Licensing Act 2003

The Licensing Act 2003 requires us to publish a Statement of Policy every five years, which sets out the general principles to be applied under the Act within our areas. Our current policies expire on the 6 January 2026.

We have reviewed our Statement of Policies and we are proposing minor amendments as highlighted in the policy documents below.
