Licensing Act 2003
The Licensing Act 2003 requires us to publish a Statement of Policy, which sets out the general principles to be applied under the Act within our area.
This policy must be reviewed at least every five years, so as to ensure that it reflects current legislation, and is relevant to the issues arising in our area.
The policy will take effect from the 7 January 2026.
