Change of name or club rules
The club secretary must inform us in writing if there are any alterations to the rules of the club or a change of club name.
You can continue to operate as currently permitted whilst the notification is being processed.
Fees
The fee for a change of rules or name of club is £10.50 which you are required to pay at the time of submission over the phone (please see contact details below).
Note: You will be directed to an automated system where you will be asked to type in your card details via your phones keypad. For successful payments the call will automatically be terminated. Where the payment is unsuccessful we ask that you terminate the call and a member of our staff will call you back.
Attachments required
A copy of the current certificate must be returned by post. Alternatively, if you are unable to supply this please provide your valid reasons with the notification.
