Broadland Country Park - Visitor information
Broadland Country Park is beautiful 140 acre mosaic of heath, woodland and marshy grassland. Nestled between Horsford and Felthorpe, the park is perfect for walkers, horse riders and cyclists to explore and enjoy free of charge.
Getting to Broadland Country Park
The main park entrance and car parks are located just off the Haveringland Road (NR10 4DF).
There are also many cycling and walking routes nearby that link into Broadland Country Park from nearby villages Horsford and Felthorpe.
Limited free parking is available at our two car parks just off the Haveringland Road, as marked on the map of the park.
Facilities
Picnic tables, rest areas and benches can be find throughout the park, predominantly on the Pink and Purple walking routes.
There are portaloos available onsite near the main entrance to the park.
Park etiquette
Please respect everyone and follow the Countryside code so everyone can enjoy the park.
- Slow down or stop for horses, walkers and livestock when cycling. Always give them plenty of room
- Cyclists and horse riders should respect walkers’ safety, but walkers should also take care not to obstruct or endanger them
- Please take your litter home – leave no trace of your visit
- Do not light fires or have BBQ's
- Always keep dogs under control and in sight - make sure it stays away from wildlife, livestock, horses, and other people unless invited
- Dog poo – bag it and bin it. There are dog poo bins available in each car park
- Care for nature – do not cause damage or disturbance
