Essential sales training is designed from a psychological base to provide learning for individuals who have not received previous sales training or are in customer-facing roles. Split into four distinct modules to be delivered over 1-day.

  • Identification of key attributes within yourselves.
  • Learn about the different parts of the brain associated with decision-making.
  • Next-level listening.
  • Different types of questioning and effective techniques.
  • Understanding the value of your product or service.
  • Know the different types of value and how they can be used to negotiate with your customer.
  • Defined features & benefits that match up to your relevant customer types.
  • Different techniques you can use to handle objections.
  • Know when closing begins in the sales process.
  • Understand how to Trial Close.
  • 6 Geeky Closing Techniques.

Duration

One day course, 9:30am to 4pm approximately.

Equipment

No equipment is necessary for you to bring to the course. Pens and note paper will be available.

Refreshments

A sandwich lunch/salad with crisps and cake is provided as well as hot and cold drinks.
