Housing Ombudsman reports
South Norfolk Council and Broadland District Council have a small portfolio of homes which are used to provide temporary accommodation. Each council is a Registered Provider of housing and therefore we have to comply with the Housing Ombudsman's Complaint Handling Code. As part of this code, South Norfolk and Broadland must produce an Annual Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report and a self-assessment. Both reports can be found below
