We do not normally give out sandbags. If a flooding emergency has been declared we will try to distribute sandbags to affected locations but our supplies are limited.

At all other times it is your responsibility as a property owner or occupier to buy and install flood protection products.

You may be able to buy sandbags at local builders merchant or independent DIY stores. For maximum effectiveness sandbags are best used in addition to other flood protection devices such as a door flood barrier.
