South Norfolk committee details and membership

Membership and publication of papers for meetings

Although officers at South Norfolk Council can make decisions, key decisions are made by councillors at our committee meetings.

Agendas are normally published on our website five working days before the meeting date. For a full list of meeting dates you can download the programme of meetings, or view our online calendar of committee meetings.

Select a committee or panel from the South Norfolk committees list for details of councillor membership and papers for that committee/panel.

Attending and watching meetings

Our Cabinet, Scrutiny, Development Management (Planning) and Full Council meetings will be live streamed, (individual agendas will include details on their front page). To view a live stream, please visit the council's YouTube page.

Meetings take place 'in person' at the Council offices. Members of the public are welcome to attend to observe a public meeting. If a member of the public wishes to speak at a meeting, please contact Democratic Services for more information. Our email address is: committee.snc@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk.

With regard to Development Management (Planning) Committee meetings, members of the public wishing to speak on particular planning applications, are required to register a request by the date/time stipulated on the relevant agenda. Please email requests to committee.snc@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk.
