Register of Interest Form
Councillors must complete a Register of Interest form within 28 days of being elected. You should download and complete one of the relevant forms below and return this to the Monitoring Officer: monitoringofficer@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Please ensure that these are completed electronically – we will not be able to accept hand-written forms as these will not meet accessibility requirements for publication on our website. Please also complete a new form if you need to change your registerable interests during your term of office.
