New MyAccount

Our new My Account platform is now live! The update MyAccount is designed to make it quicker and easier for you to access council services, manage requests and get the information you need, all in once place.
What you can do
With My Account, you can:
- Report a missed bin
- Book a bulky waste collection
- Send us a general enquiry
- Access information about your area and services
We’ll be adding more services over the coming months to make My Account even more useful.
Already have an account?
If you’ve used My Account before, you don’t need to register again.
Simply log in using your existing details — your account has already been moved over to the new system.
New to MyAccount
If you live in Broadland or South Norfolk and don’t yet have an account, you can sign up online.
