My Account - what you need to kno

We will soon be launching a new and improved online My Account platform, designed to make it easier for you to access and manage council services at a time that suits you.

What the new My Account will offer

Customers will be able to:

  • Access council services online at any time
  • Fill in and submit online forms
  • Track the progress of service requests
  • View and update personal account information

Temporary change to online accounts

To allow for a smooth and secure transition to the new platform, a temporary change will be in place from 11 May 2026.

From this date until the new platform launches:

  • You will still be able to log in and view your account information and bills
  • You will not be able to make changes to your online account during this period

All council services will continue to operate as normal while the new platform is being introduced.
