Wellbeing Champion area
Welcome to the Wellbeing Champion area.
This is your area for additional learning, resources and information on how to refer people for further help, as needed.
Over the next three pages, you will find a range of resources to support yourself and those you have conversations with.
Help Hub
If someone living in South Norfolk or Broadland needs further support, regardless of what the cause is, they should contact our Help Hub. The Help Hub team can support a wide range of areas which could be contributing to someone's mental health. You can complete the online referral form on behalf of the resident (with their permission) and in the text state that you are a Wellbeing Champion, or they can complete the form themselves.
