The principles and practices of effective time management are covered and helps participants evaluate and improve their own personal effectiveness.

Course content

The course will consist of:

• identifying working styles
• activity logs/to do lists
• urgent vs important
• managing your diary
• managing daily tasks
• time stealers
• setting goals and objectives

Duration

One day course, 9:30am to 4pm approximately.

Equipment

No equipment is necessary for you to bring to the course. Pens and note paper will be available.

Refreshments

A sandwich lunch/salad with crisps and cake is provided as well as hot and cold drinks.
