Due to a system upgrade, our online forms will not be available from the morning of Saturday 26th September until the morning of Monday 28th September.
If you need to complete an application during this time, please wait until the Monday morning to do so.

Please note that the Licensing Team is experiencing a particularly high level of demand and some turnaround times for our licensing services are currently taking longer than usual.
New driver applicants – Please note that there is currently a 3 to 4 week wait for an appointment to submit a new application.
Renewals – Please ensure that you submit your driver renewal application at least four weeks before the licence expiry date and vehicle renewal application at least two weeks before the licence expiry date. This is to ensure that your application can be processed in good time, before your current licence expires.
