Cooling towers

You must notify the Licensing Team in writing with details of cooling towers and/ or evaporative condensers, except where they contain water that is not exposed to the air and the water and electricity supply are not connected.

Registration is free of charge.

How to register

Complete the Notification of Cooling Towers Form
Email your completed notification form to the team at foodandsafety@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk

Decommissioning a cooling tower

If a cooling tower becomes redundant or needs to be dismantled, then you will need to email the team at foodandsafety@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk
