If a problem does arise we are here to investigate complaints which may be of public health risk. Where food has been prepared or purchased in Broadland or South Norfolk and you are concerned about a potential public health risk, please contact the Food Safety Team using the details below. Most supermarkets and food manufacturers have a complaints procedure enabling customers to return food products. They will usually provide a refund and advise their suppliers who will be able to investigate the complaint.
