If you are looking to host a business meeting, conference, training event or seminar, we have several suitable meeting rooms available for daily hire at The Horizon Centre.

  • Meeting space available for 28 people seated and up to 100 conference style
  • Great location - situated just off the A47 Postwick junction on the Broadland Business Park
  • Free parking on site
  • Dedicated entrance door from the car park, and a concierge desk where you can meet and greet your attendees
  • Meeting rooms are all accessible on the ground floor
  • Rooms equipped with projectors and screens. Flip charts and pens available at no additional cost on request
  • Food can be arranged with a local caterer and tea and coffee can also be provided in house, both at an additional cost (see costs on next page)
  • Free wireless internet access is provided, ensuring that you can be continually connected to your business

Booking timescales

  1. Requests for room bookings require a minimum 10 days notice (food requests require a minimum 15 days).
  2. Meetings finishing after 5pm are subject to prior agreement.
