1. Details of addresses, empty properties, relevant exemptions and rate reliefs are included - please note that in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all personal data has been removed and appears as a blank cell.
2. Ratepayers names are not provided for individuals, sole traders or partnerships as data protection prevents the publication of individual names.
3. The ratepayer is the person/party liable to pay the charge - in many cases this is a leaseholder or occupier and not an owner, it is not possible to identify the owners from our records.
4. Account references are not included as these are personal to the account, and are used to ensure that a ratepayer is actually the account holder when they contact us.

We proactively look to refund overpayments on a regular basis.
