Bulky waste collection - Broadland
We will take large household items (items you will move home with) however we cannot collect DIY, Fixtures or fittings or hazardous waste.
Some examples of items we cannot take are:
- American style Fridge freezer (2 full height doors)
- Trampolines
- bathroom suites
- kitchen cabinets
- showers
- doors (Internal and external)
- sheds
- snooker tables
- fence panels
Domestic bulky waste
The fee for a domestic bulky waste collection in Broadland is £45 for up to three items and £11 per additional item (up to a maximum of six items).
Charges are agreed and authorised by our Councils’ members.
The Council and its collection contractor Veolia work in partnership with Emmaus, a homeless charity, to re-use items collected through the bulky waste service. If your item is not suitable for re-use it will either be recycled or sent for disposal.

Commercial bulky waste
The commercial cost is £52 for up to three items and £17 per additional item (up to a maximum of six items).
