Lost, found, stolen and damaged bins

We offer replacement bins (free of charge) for those that are damaged, lost or stolen. We ask all residents place their property name/number onto all their bins to enable our crews to correctly identify which property the bin belongs to. This can done using stickers or permanant marker. This will ensure a more efficient service and we thank you for your cooperation.

Once you have reported your damaged bin please leave it out at the normal collection point/visible from the road at the curtilage. Failure to do so will result in the request being closed and not completed.

If you find your bin after reporting please let us know as soon as possible by using the form below.
