Lost, found, stolen and damaged bins

We offer free replacement bins for those that are lost, stolen or damaged (except by misuse). We ask all residents place their property name/number onto all their bins to enable our crews to correctly identify which property the bin belongs to. This can done using stickers or permanant marker. This will ensure a more efficient service and we thank you for your cooperation.

Once you have reported your damaged bin please leave it out at the normal collection point/visible from the road. Failure to do so will result in the request being closed and not completed.

If you find your bin after reporting please let us know as soon as possible by using the form below.

Lost or stolen bins aim to be delivered in the next 5 working days. However please note we are currently running low in stock of household general waste bins. We expect to receive more stock in week commencing 19th May. Please continue to leave your bin out for collection and we will exchange it for a new one as soon as we have received new stock.

If you have a damaged bin continue to use the bin until it is replaced or repaired.
