Bin collections during the hot weather

Due to the hot weather forecast, our bin crews will start collections earlier, from 6am instead of the usual 6:30am. This applies in South Norfolk from Wednesday to Friday, and in Broadland on Thursday and Friday.

This area is intentionally empty

Lost, found, stolen and damaged bins

We offer free replacement bins for those that are lost, stolen or damaged (except by misuse). We ask all residents to place their property name/number onto all their bins to enable our crews to correctly identify which property the bin belongs to. This can be done using stickers or permanent marker. This will ensure a more efficient service and we thank you for your cooperation.

Report a lost, found, stolen or damaged bin

Once you have reported your damaged bin please leave it out at the normal collection point/visible from the road. Failure to do so will result in the request being closed and not completed.

If you find your bin after reporting please let us know as soon as possible by using the form above.
