Business Award finalists announced
The 2022 Broadland and South Norfolk Business Awards finalists have been announced.
Organised by South Norfolk Council and Broadland District Councils, the awards celebrate the excellence, innovation and best practice shown by businesses across the combined area.
South Norfolk Council’s Cabinet Member for Stronger Economy, Councillor Lisa Neal, said:
“This has been an extremely challenging time for local businesses and these awards are an excellent opportunity to celebrate the hard work and commitment it has taken to run a successful business through the pandemic.”
Broadland District Council’s Portfolio Holder for Economic Development, Jo Copplestone said:
“Businesses have faced challenges like never before, but many have thrived, which is a huge achievement. We received so many excellent applications, it was difficult to choose just three for each category.
The Council also received hundreds of nominations for the Retailer of the Year award, which recognises high street businesses that have gone the extra mile. With so many nominations, the councils have decided to have one winner in each district.
Cllr Neal added:
