Norfolk Warm Homes

The Norfolk Warm Homes Partnership provides home energy efficiency improvement grants to our residents. We want to help you live in a warmer home, reduce your property’s energy usage and carbon emissions. A well-insulated home will retain heat for longer, helping you save money on your heating bills.

What help is available?

Insulation

Insulation improvements including cavity wall, roof and loft insulation are available under this scheme. Find out more about these insulation types.

Please be aware that adequate ventilation is a requirement for any install under our funding in order to meet the PAS2035:2019 regulations. This is a requirement from our funder. Aran Insulation, our installing partner, explains what this could involve here.

Heating

If your property isn’t on the mains gas network then we may be able to help you replace your heating system with a renewable air source heat pump.
