Norfolk Warm Homes wants to help residents live in a warmer home while enjoying smaller energy bills with reduced energy usage.

Whether its providing first time central-heating, replacing expensive electric heating with more energy-efficient air source heat pumps, installing wall insulation to stop excessive heat loss from your house, or giving expert advice and support to reduce your energy bills. We want to help you live in a warmer home and reduce energy usage. Less energy used means smaller energy bills for you and it also reduces the county’s carbon footprint, helping to achieve the UK’s commitment to net zero by 2050.

Who’s it for?

Anyone can contact us for help or advice on saving energy and benefits checks.

Grants to help you insulate and heat your home are available for home owners and landlords whose tenants are on a low incomes or in receipt of qualifying benefits. Landlords can receive a two thirds subsidy of up to £5,000.
