EAMA 10k is a popular Wymondham based 10km race. Runners completed a one lap circuit starting on Lady's Lane in Wymondham and loop around the picturesque countryside near Morley.
EAMA race mapEAMA 10k is proudly sponsored by East Anglian Motor Auctions, a Wymondham based family run business that have been operating since 1946. EAMA have earned the reputation as Norfolk's premier marketplace for selling used cars and commercial vehicles.
There are two different start waves split into 10 minutes intervals so that there is room for all on the route. The start waves are assigned on a first come, first serve basis and do not correspond to runners predicted finisher times. These are: 10am and 10.10am.

EAMA 10K FAQ's
All numbers will be posted to runner’s home address a few weeks before the race. For any reason this doesn’t arrive please go to race HQ which will be open from 8:30am on race day.
Full directions for all the local car parks in the area are detailed here. Please allow plenty of time to park and to get to the start line.
There will be a bag drop at the race. This can be found at the start/finish line on Lady’s Lane, Wymondham. All items will be stored securely but we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items. A bag tag is attached to your race number. Please complete this and fix to your bag before you arrive at bag drop off.
Public and portable toilets will be available in Wymondham Market Place for runners. Please note that there will not be any toilets at the start/finish line.
Water will be available for runners at 5K and at the finish line.
Bone conduction headphones are the only headphones that are approved for use in all road races under the UK Athletics Rules of Competition. The Rules are clear that “in ear” headphones cannot be used in this event as roads are open to traffic. Any runners found to be wearing in ear headphones will be disqualified.
All participants on completion of the race will receive a finisher vest, medal and goodies. There are also prizes for overall winners as well as winners in each age category:
