Reservists

We employ a number of veterans and former military spouses. We offer 10 days extra paid leave for reservists redeployment and recognise that experiencing service life equips our ex-defence employees with resilience and flexibility.

Cadets

If you are part of a cadet organisation we have several funding opportunities within our local communities. There are a number of funding options available.

The Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Association for East Anglia (RFCA) supports reserve forces and cadet organisations across East Anglia.

Armed Forces Week

We raise our flag at our headquarters to celebrate the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community as part of Armed Forces Week each June.
