Spixworth Neighbourhood Plan
Spixworth Neighbourhood Plan was adopted by Broadland District Council on 22 July 2021, following a 90% vote by Spixworth residents.
The plan covers the period up to 2039 and forms part of the development plan for the district. It is therefore one of the main considerations in determining any future planning applications submitted in Spixworth.
