Tivetshall Neighbourhood Plan
The Tivetshalls Neighbourhood Plan was formally made part of the Development Plan by South Norfolk Council on 12 December 2022. This followed the positive outcome of a referendum on 8 December, where 89% of those who voted were in favour of the plan. The Neighbourhood Plan will shape the future of Tivetshall to 2042.
The Neighbourhood Plan covers the whole parish of Tivetshall St Mary and Tivetshall St Margaret. It was prepared by a steering group on behalf of the parish council.
The made Neighbourhood Plan now forms one of the main considerations in determining any future planning applications submitted in the designated neighbourhood area.
