The Help Hub
The Help Hub is a partnership between organisations that supports people in Broadland and South Norfolk, whatever their need. Everybody needs a bit of extra support from time to time and the Help Hub makes sure you get that help as soon as possible, to stop problems from getting worse.
The Help Hub provides practical support and work with partners, communities and local groups to get you the right help, when you need it. They can link you with services and groups and offer advice and guidance to get you back on track.
They provide a wide range of support, from mental health and wellbeing support, employment and training, advice and support with money and much more.

NHS Talking Therapies
NHS Talking Therapies offers a range of free and confidential support to help people make changes to improve their wellbeing and to help them cope with common mental health and emotional issues such as low mood, stress, anxiety and depression.
They offer a wide range of services, including:
- self-help advice
- one-to-one talking therapies
- workshops and courses
- help to access peer support and social groups
- help to find other support for issues affecting your wellbeing such as debt, housing and employment
